ENFORCING THE WARRANTY AND REPAIRING THE PRODUCT

Before restarting the product, please read the enclosed documentation and watch the video instructions on the Eurel Service page. If you are unable to remedy the problem in this way, please contact:

Working hours of the Eurel Help Center:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 14:00

Before reporting a malfunction, prepare:

  • description of the issue,
  • invoice proving the purchase of the product
  • TYPE and serial number of the product

or fill in the contact form.

If the problem cannot be solved remotely, we will take the product in for service, in agreement with you. In this case, you will receive all the necessary information from the colleagues in our call center.

GUARANTEED SERVICE PERIOD

The guaranteed service period is 3 years after the end of the warranty period. To purchase spare parts or to service the product after the warranty period, please contact the Eurel Help Centre.
