Slicers from the RS9 family are kitchen utensils for the most demanding home users. With the slice thickness adjustment knob, the blade offset can be adjusted from 0 to 15 millimeters. To fine-tune the thickness, the first three millimeters are scaled in more detail. Adjusting the rotational speed of the blade ensures perfect slices of softer foods.
